I gave away my old Pfaff sewing machine some time ago. I have now found the carrying case and a couple of extra pieces. The Pfaff is model number 122E-040. I do not know if there are Pfaff models of a similar vintage that they would also fit.
I am posting here on the off chance that someone might be able to use them.
