I bought this as a 'whitewood' (aka ply) cupboard many years ago and spent many happy hours varnishing it .
After almost 40 years use we no longer need it but it would be a shame to throw it out. It's in surprisingly good shape for its age, just a bit of wear of the varnish on the top.
