A cat carrier (to be used as a temporary outdoor shelter) (Oxford OX1)

A cat carrier (to be used as a temporary outdoor shelter for a feral cat). It just needs to give a bit of protection against the elements. We are looking to see how we can help the cat and this is just to make him/her a bit more comfortable in the meantime.
