Philips series 5000 shaver and cleaning base (Pokesdown BH5)

I have had this shaver for several years and it's been working fine, with a charge lasting a couple of weeks and shaving nicely. Then suddenly it wouldn't turn on - so I bought a replacement, but before throwing it away I thought I would have a go at getting it working - and apparently taking it to my workshop and threatening it with a torx driver motivated it to start working again. Now I have 2 working shavers.
So I decided to offer this to the group. The base has a pump in it so it washes the heads clean - the genuine refills aren't cheap so I just put in a squirt of shower gel and fill the reservoir up a little over half way and it seems to work fine. Obviously I have emptied out the reservoir and cleaned the shaver as well as I can before offering it. The power adapter fits into a shaver socket.
