Trailer wheel and tyre (Mousehold NR3)

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone have a redundant 10 inch wheel and tyre suitable for our little trailer - it's the same size as the original Mini and Moke, but they're now like hen's teeth! Any condition is fine, as long as it holds air - ours was OK until a workman moved it and ripped a hole in the sidewall ...
