65L+ DofE RUCKSACK & Rain Cover / 3-season SLEEPING BAG (Wycombe HP13)

I'm looking for either/both of the following

- RUCKSACK: 65-80L with solid hip support & thick hip straps to focus the weight on the hips and not the shoulders.
- SLEEPING BAG: 3-season, ideally lightweight.
