Swarovski pen (Chigwell IG7)

My Swarovski pen has a part missing and I cannot get any help from company. No repairs and no spare parts. Just wondering whether anyone had one they no longer use so I can fix mine. It’s the piece which the refill screws into. Can collect. Thanks .
