We used this for many years and it still works great. The carbon filters are a year or two old and should last another 2-3 years. Giving it away because we installed a water filter to our kitchen faucet line. (FYI, the inside basin should be washed every 6 months or so and the filters scrubbed without soap to remove fine particles that accumulate on it).
