Old PC for scraps or random (Kirkland/ Eastside)

I have a Toshiba satellite L655 laptop. It would be best described as a burner laptop because it doesn't remember anything but it can access the internet. It was a hacking class project laptop. Could be great in high risk areas or with high risk people like children so you don't need to worry if it gets spilled on or breaks

I no longer have the charger (left it with my ex on accident) but looks like it takes a 10V round charger
