Going for free is a JVC GF-65 VHC-C camcorder, from 1989. Included is a charger, batteries (likely non-functional), spare lens, flash, instruction manual and carry case.
This is untested, although it does appear to power on. Looking through the viewfinder, there is a white image - I believe you need a VHC-C tape inserted, and pressing the record button should produce an image. The viewfinder also flickers slightly, indicating some capacitors may need replacing.
