Toshiba tv remote (Weston-super-Mare BS22)

Hi folks, the remote control for my mums Toshiba tv has busted (can’t use the ‘left’ cursor button, which means that now she’s moved home, we can’t set it up!

Has anyone got a spare Toshiba remote lying around, the TV is a 2017 model.
