It does fold down but I can't seem to do it
I got off here temporarily
Also comes with a tray as well
Goes onto a dining seat
The gentleman I bought from told me the straps are not the original and so the straps on there were just to fix it
I put on my dining chair and just tied them behind but i didn't really need them as it was pretty sturdy on a chair anyway
Box is tatty but the actual item is in really good condition very clean etc
