Sewing project - bridesmaid dress (Crouch End / Stroud Green N8)

Girls bridesmaids dress from JJs House
Age 10
I had to emergency hand sew the hem to shorten it on the day of the wedding and so the bottom is all frayed... it needs shortening properly by someone who has an overlocker sewing machine or better skills than me / more time to attempt! It is quite long so still room to shorten more!
Such a shame as it’s only been worn once, and is a lovely dress
There is a couple of small stains on the back too
So for someone that could fix it up for their own child or to sell on (I don’t mind - just want to see it made use of!)
