Vintage 1960’s Sofa - three seater (Leamington Spa, CV32)

This vintage 1960’s sofa is in great structural condition considering its age. It has been in the family for 60 years and has been reupholstered twice. It was clearly made well and to last which it has done much better than many sofas built these days! It has been kept in a smoke free and pet free house.
The back and seat cushions are still firm and provide a very comfortable and supportive seat. It is mounted on castor wheels for ease of movement.
Cosmetically it is showing more evidence of wear & tear and there is some staining on the upholstery.
The seam is slightly torn at the top right hand edge of the sofa back as shown in the last photo but is not that noticeable.

This sofa could be used as it is, covered with throws or even reupholstered.
