Catio, wappingers falls village (Wappingers)

This catio is 38" wide, 77 inches long, and 67 inches high. It doesn't come apart. You'd need two or three strong people and a pickup truck to take it away. It is in good shape and just needs a vacuuming and a wipe down, I haven't used it in almost two years, but kept it covered with a tarp. The top is made of actual roof shingles. My cat loved to hang out in it before he passed away. I also put wire on the bottom so there was no sneaking out. It is in my back yard.
I would give it to the person who can pick it up first over who contacts me first.
