Stair lift (M22)

Hi is anyone happen to be gifting a stair lift. My partners brother has had an accident and had a serious operation on his leg and can not be discharged from the hospital until he can walk up and down a stairs due to him living in a first floor flat. He is not expected to walk for at least 6 months. Thank you
