Toasted sandwich maker - faulty (Epsom Common KT18)

Breville VST041 deep fill toasted sandwich maker with removable sandwich plates. This makes lovely sandwiches but offering for spares or repair only as, if used on a circuit protected by an RCD, the RCD trips.
