Only has VGA input (no DVI, HDMI, sound etc).
Just the monitor - no cables.
With brightness set to 50% my power meter is saying it is only using 11 watt (not terrible - large power hungry monitors will do 30 to 50 watts).
It is a low resolution monitor - use for office type work/web browsing etc - for reference a full HD screen is 1920 by 1080 pixels and old 32 inch TVs on about a decade ago used to be 1366x768 (got given the monitor, tested it and seems to work fine - just not quite what I was looking for - so here in case someone needs a free monitor).
