Sewing machine (Long Stratton NR15)

This was gifted to us as a working sewing machine but my daughter has not been able to get it to work to her satisfaction (from memory I think it’s not picking up thread properly from underneath). It needs someone who knows about sewing machines to look at it and then I think it will be a great machine
