Can anyone use a very large quantity of technical Civil Engineering textbooks and manuals dating from 1960 - 2000. They were used when my husband was studying for membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers and later when he was employed as Highway Engineer (Design and Construction of motorways) and includes books on Concrete, Asphalt, legal stuff etc. I have approached Oxfam Bookshop who say they are too technical and possibly outdated. If no-one is interested, I am sorry to say they are doomed to Landfill!
