Small lockable safe (Ivy Farm SK11)

This is a small safe (11-inchs by 8-inches by 7-inches) complete with 2 keys.

The one small wrinkle is this is actually a digital combination safe, but the combination is unknown.

It is supposed to allow the combination to be reset when the safe is opened by key thus:

    "Open the safe using the key

      insert batteries

     Wait 30 seconds and then press-and-hold the <Enter> button for 5 seconds

     Enter new 4 to 8 digit code and then <Enter>

     Enter the same code a second time then <Enter> to confirm"

For some unknown reason this reset process is not working.

But the safe still works just fine via either / both of the keys.
