Two plants going begging (Loughton IG10)

We have two pot plants that need s home. I cannot remember what they are called (please see photos). They have lots of babys that grow around the leaves and fall. The tallest is almost there feet high (1Mt) the smaller one is about 2 foot (30cm). Need them gone ASAP
