China cupboard in good condition (Chelsea)

Cupboard was left behind by a tenant. It's in good condition.

Size: 60" wide, 72" high and 14 1/2" deep.

The top half is glass. There appears to be connections to add light fixtures at the top making it possible to view dishes, crystal and other items.

The bottom half is in thirds. The center has three drawers (table cloths, napkins, etc, etc._ The drawers are flanked on each side with a doors that opens to storage space for taller items such as (for example) vases and other items.

The wood needs a polish but, as mentioned, the item is in good condition. We don't want have to have to toss it into a landfill!
