Desk lamp (not working) (Streatham Park SW16)

One black desk lamp. Not working - not sure why, it was recently. Could be a simple fix, not sure. Takes slim screw blubs. There's also a break in the plastic stand about halfway up, now secured with ducktape (see photo). It stands upright without any issues though.
