I need an old low step-over bike (they call them "Women's"). Do you have one in the garage, basement, or locker that you haven't used? I'd really appreciate any help. It needs to be in working order as taking it to a bike shop would be cost-prohibitive. I can pump up tires, I just can't make any repairs.
