This is a One For All TV remote control. I bought it a few years ago because I lost my Samsung remote during a house move.
It was working but I ended up buying a similar Samsung remote from somewhere. And then discovered that a Samsung galaxy phone has the same options, so this generic remote is no longer required.
I have to say that it came with a list of codes to rival War & Peace, that catered for every brand and model of TV. Sadly, I no longer have that paper list but there may be something available on Google search.
And it could also operate the DVD and satellite TV.
