Diplomat Built-in dishwasher (Stroud GL5)

This dishwasher was in a friend's new flat when he moved in, That was in 2007 and he never used it. It is a Diplomat, possibly, mode 8226. No idea whether it would work as the electric supply to the machine has been cut off. It would need removing from the kitchen units but that looks fairly simple and I would help with that. Anyone fancy a challenge? It may be useful for parts. Located in Lansdown, Stroud GL5. Local delivery in Stroud area possible.
