Photo cardboard frames (Mill End WD3)

9 x black with window size is 5.5" x 7.5". Approx. 16 x white with window size is 4.5" x 6.5". Sometimes school photos come without frames so these are handy to have - giving photos to people is better in a frame, especially at Christmas!
