Riding mower without mowing deck (Ithaca)

Craftsman LT3100 riding mower. Engine works but the mowing deck broke off. Repair person said it would cost more to add a new deck on an old mower. Still drives so could be used to tow a cart...or if you have a deck and a non functioning mower this could work for you.
