pivot pull out lazy susan half moon (Forest Hills, near Van Ness)

From a Brookhaven 24 X 48 cabinet. IDK how they attach, but they pivot and slide out from a corner area. They are comparable to this https://www.amazon.com/Rev-Shelf-4WLS882-38-570-Shelves-Hardware/dp/B00099HFLE although that size is different. It might take some tinkering, but they are in great shape and super-useful.
