workshop space (Edinburgh)

Hi, I’m a hobby woodworker/wood turner. I currently rent space in Clermiston but it’s too small. I have mostly worked on smaller pieces but have inspiration to grow. Ideally I want to make furniture but the creative space is important in achieving this and I can barely move in my current workshop. I am working full time and have a family so can’t go everyday but a larger space would ensure a more efficient and faster work production. I currently pay £105 rent pm which includes electricity. Looking for something at least 14ft by 14ft. If someone has space they don’t use and would like to make a little extra money and like to help someone try to change their career path, I would appreciate it.
