Mid Sleeper Cabin Bed & pdf guide (Wallingford)

Available again due to a no-show. No time wasters please.
Please see stock photo. Was given to us secondhand, but we never used it, so no photos of it up. It is already in sections ready for collection.
May be the odd dink in places, but in general is in very good condition.
I have found pdf instructions, which i can share. We were never given any hardcopy build instructions.
Frame only, No mattress.
There is one piece that is not included, i have circled it in red on the second photo. It has no affect on the structure, as it is actually stand-alone. Everything else is included.

It is currently in our storage locker, so it would need to be collected during their office hours, generally before 5:30pm weekdays, or Saturday/Sunday mornings before 12pm.
