Partial tie dye kit (Odenton)

Has some dye colors, instructions, some rubber bands and gloves. I did a lot of reading before using this. People suggest doing all of the ties/rubber bands, then hydrating dye, and use immediately. Place item in sealed plastic bag, and place in a warm area. I put mine on a heating pad. Mine has only been washed once, but has nice vibrant colors
