24" Raleigh inner tube (Moseley, Birmingham, B13)

I don't believe this has ever been used. It was bought probably about ten to fifteen years ago and has been kept indoors (not garage/shed/outhouse). I think the rubber looks and feels fine but check it over before you use it because of its age. Schrader valve. The box is squashed.
