Ladies black PVC, net, satin, lace and ribbon layered short skirt by PHAZE. Size 10. 28” waist. 16” long. Zip fastening. ***The PVC has degraded with age and has dulled, cracked and is tacky in places (totally normal process for PVC unfortunately!) Too poor condition to sell or give to charity, too pretty to throw away! I was too precious about this and should have let it go years ago! Perhaps someone could make use of it for a Halloween outfit?
