Clothes (Lower Place OL16)

Hi I do buy clothes of charity shops to give people i know are in need and cant afford. But now due to my fiancial situation and charity shops being expensive cant buy much. If someone is dumping them or sending it to recycling centre. I would collect them. They will help people in need
