Grey recliner chair - needs repair (Mayford nr village hall, GU22)

I'm offering a recliner swivel chair - NOTE swivel needs repair, please see photos

This is a Paxton swivel recliner chair from Made.com. Purchased 2020. Approx dimensions are 100cm high (inc base), 70cm wide and 65cm deep (not reclined). It’s quite heavy (c. 30kg).

The fabric (grey polyester) and filling is in very good condition. The recline mechanism and headrest adjustment all work fine.

The issue is that the chair has become detached from the base and is wobbly. Please see the pictures. It will need repair (welding?) - if the repair is something you're prepared to take on, I would be very happy for you to reuse and recycle it so that it can have a new life with you.
