I have two kitchen wall units available which originally were mounted side by side as shown for which I have a trim panel that fits across the upper and lower edges. However, the units can be separated into a single unit with a 600mm wide door and a double unit which has two 500mm wide doors. The cupboards come complete with the associated wall brackets.
The door finish is a gloss grey. I have seen very similar units in Wickes, in their flat-pack, available in-store range.
