fringed edging for curtains/drapes (Capitol Hill near Lincoln Park)

I have quite a few yards of fancy and [originally] rather expensive fringe/tassles for the edges of drapes. The curtains were falling apart but the fringe is in excellent condition. It would have to be unstitched from the fabric it is attached to.
