Vintage ladies bicycle (Rest Bay, Porthcawl. CF36)

I need the space and I will never get round to doing this bike up. It needs some tlc and new inner tubes and chrome work sorting, but the brakes, three speed gears and bell! work ok. I think it could make a very elegant and practical shopping bike for someone with a bit of work.
