basement bike/garage cycle (Lower East Side)

Do you have a basement bike or a garage cycle you are not using? I just need a bike to get to the GO Station and back. I don't mind what shape it is in as long as I can pump up the tires and ride away. Because of my disabilities, I need a women's (low step-over). If it had gears and a rack that would be great. Thanks.
