Bike Tyre(s) (Higher Bebington CH63)

I need to replace two push-bike tyres for i) a Falcon hybrid bike size 700 x 38C - 40-622 that I use for 2 hrs road riding daily in all weathers (it's my sole means of transport) and ii) a Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike size 26 x 1.50 or 1.55 (the tyre is so perished that the final figure is unclear); the MTB tyre width is 3.6cm.

I am finding it v. difficult to find the right specifications at an affordable cost. It's a long shot but I'd be extremely grateful if anyone might be able to offer a spare or unwanted tyre (or tyres), especially within reasonable cycling distance of Bebington (approx 5 miles).
