Electric Halogen/Oil-Filled Heater (M19)
I need an energy-efficient electric heater - a halogen/oil-filled heater (rather than a fan heater that blows dust everywhere). Preferably metal,rather than plastic,but I know most heaters have plastic parts, these days. Can anyone help? 🙂
