Carriage clock needs attention (ME15 Loose)

We've had this carriage clock for a very long time without any problem but its recently stopped working. Not the battery - it uses 1 x AA battery - so it needs some help if its to go again. The clock also has an alarm function. If anyone likes fixing clocks its all yours to give it a go! Thanks for reading.
