This is a bit old, but functional. It's a 4x3 aspect ratio tablet, so not perfect for many modern PC screen setups - in particular I'm finding it a new home because it works poorly with multiple monitors.
I don't know about drivers, I expect Windows will handle it natively - Linux certainly does without OEM drivers.
