Ramp for buggy (Walton Manor OX2)

I'm looking for a ramp to be able to get into my house with a buggy. There's a bit under a 1 foot rise, so a 5 foot ramp would work but very flexible. A wheelchair ramp would work, but it doesn't need to be that heavy duty
