This is a long shot but if anyone has this tripod (https://a.co/d/fKNpiw7) this is a quick release for it. My tripod broke and I did not remove the quick release from my camera. I bought another tripod from a thrift store and had to purchase a quick release for it as most people appear to leave the mount on their camera when they donate.
