Ornamental Wall light with bulbs (Little Chalfont (HP7))

Working wall light with G4 LED bulbs and crystals.
Bought from Next 5 years back.
Removed it to go for new ones.
Electrician misplaced the bracket and screws.
If no one collects by this Friday, will go to waste recycling.
