Faulty - ish.
It has a fault with the sound. It doesn’t produce sound initially and takes a few minutes to come on. Before that it crackles and sound flicks on and off intermittently.
Google suggests a number of possible electrical faults.
Maybe it can be repaired if someone knows what they are doing or could be dismantled for components?
