Lid from a packet of wipes (Castle Ward Lancaster)

I would like this to use as a cover for a hole in a bathroom panel which is needed for access to a valve. The hole only needs to be big enough for a screw driver to go through and the inspection covers you can buy are far bigger than that. So the lid from a packet of wipes would be ideal.
